When can I move in?

As soon as you have found the optimal size for your needs, you may move in at your earliest convenience.

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

We don’t require notice before moving out but it is always a good idea so we may brief you on the process. Our staff will go over that process its fast (only one move out paper to sign). You must be all paid up to move out. Just be sure to remove everything from the unit. Take your lock & sign move out paper.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

You will need a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport) .

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month to month basis so you may move out when you no longer need our services.

What about insurance?

We do not insure your belongings but keep in mind your home owners renters or business insurance may cover your things in storage. Call your insurance provider to inquire. And if they do not cover your things we offer low cost insurance options for your unit. Ask an associate on staff for more details.

Does someone have to be in the office to allow me access to my storage unit?

Yes. We arrive in the morning to deactivate the security devices. Then for the rest of the day during our hours you will be able to access your unit by using the access code to trigger the gate & enter the building. There is always a manager on staff when the building is in operation. When we are closed, you cannot access your unit unless you have a 24 hour drive up unit or outside parking spot.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, through mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted via credit/debit card monthly. This is safe & secure & our computer hides the full credit card number from view. And all our employees are given a full background check prior to employment.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard & Amex .

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes, we sell various types of locks, boxes and a full line of moving and packing supplies

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call any of our storage experts for assistance.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Loading and unloading must be completed during these hours.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?

Stop by anytime during hours of operation for a complimentary tour of our facility. Its fast & we will answer all of your questions.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We have locks available for purchase in the office. They are priced similar to your local hardware store but you are welcome to bring your own we don’t mind.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishable items. No food or contraband of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions with a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, we offer complimentary use of our flatbed hand carts at every location. Carts are located in the loading area of each facility.
