  • When can I move in?

    Once you determine the optimal size for your needs and sign our rental agreement, you may move in at your earliest convenience.

  • How much notice needs to be given when I move out?

    We don't require notice before moving out but it is always a good idea so that we may brief you on the process. The process is quick and involves a signature on a one page move out document, the removal of your items from the unit and payment of any balance owed.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    You will need a government issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

  • What about insurance?

    We do not insure your belongings and we do not require that you have insurance; However, we do highly recommend it. Call your insurance provider to inquire.

  • Does someone have to be in the office to allow me access to my storage unit?

    During business hours you can access your unit with your key fob. If you have a 24-hour drive up unit or outside parking spot, you may access it during non-business hours as well.

  • How do I make a payment?

    We accept payments in person. We also accept payment by phone, through our website, and via mail-in payment. You may also set up recurring automatic payments by credit or debit card.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    Checks, cash, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover & Amex.

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Yes, we sell various types of locks, boxes and a full line of moving and packing supplies.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call any of our storage experts for assistance.

  • What are the hours of operation?

    We are open Monday – Friday 8:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am – 3:00pm. Loading and unloading must be completed during these hours. We are closed on major holidays and during severe weather conditions.

  • Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

    Stop by anytime during hours of operation for a complimentary tour of our facility. It's fast & we will answer all of your questions.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We have locks available for purchase in the office. They are priced similar to your local hardware store but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    You cannot store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishable items. No food or contraband of any kind. Please contact us if you have any questions with a specific item.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes, we offer complimentary use of our flatbed hand carts. Carts are located in the loading area.
